City Explorer 3D – Tourism can be accessed through App on different devices in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality mode. The traveller experiences a new, unusual and engaging experience through the travel itineraries proposed or self-customizable.
The interactive exploration of the territory takes place through a “fly through” that allows an immersive experience from the macroscale to the microscale, guaranteeing a high level of detail thanks to the integration of data from different sources ( air flights, drone flights and terrestrial photos and videos (360°)
Within the 3D virtual model it is possible to perform free navigation and insert additional complementary and informative contents such as 360 ° photos and videos, in-depth information sheets, bookmarks, POIs and multilingual audio-guides to provide a framework that is both comprehensive and useful to the tourist for the acquisition of information aimed at the planning of itineraries and trips.
The immersive virtual experience represents a useful tool as well to implement accessibility levels and the fruition of the tourist heritage in relation to the needs of accessible tourism.
