Our 3D models are created using a next-generation, high-performance automatic photogrammetry software. Our camera system represents the absolute state of the art in the field of aerial photography, allowing us to generate a particularly accurate and realistic Digital Twin.
The Digital Twin is produced in an Open Source format that integrates a native LOD (LevelOfDetail) system. This allows visualization softwares to download and process only the data that is of interest in the video window based on the zoom level. The result is a system that maintains performance unchanged in the transition from 2D to 3D.
All this results in complete ownership of the data and therefore in a dataset delivered in a royalty-free and open source format, without license costs.

The TrueOrthophoto has significant advantages over a traditional orthophoto. The production of a TrueOrthophoto aims at the elimination of the effects of inclination and relief of the ground following the perspective effects of the images. The uniform scale and the absence of shifts due to the surveys (present instead on traditional orthophotos) make it a precise and reliable design base with a detail and precision similar to those of a 1:500 scale, in which the user can directly determine geographical positions, measure distances, calculate areas and obtain other useful information. The GeoTiff format makes it compatible with any GIS software

The Digital Surface Model (DSM) is a digital model of the earth's surface which includes all the features present on the ground, such as buildings, vegetation, and other structures. The altitude or elevation of the ground is measured with respect to a reference level (such as sea level) taking into account everything that is above the ground. The DSM is a powerful tool that allows you to monitor territorial changes, evaluate hydrogeological risks, plan urban development and verify building abuses. It is useful for managing environmental and historical heritage, analyzing the evolution of vegetation and designing infrastructures.
The DSM allows you to query the elevation on all GIS as well

Point cloud obtained through the Dense Matching technique with which the software, through automatic photogrammetry methods, assigns a position in space to each pixel of the image. The system provides for generating the points of the cloud by subsequently converting the mesh generated in the creation of the 3D model: this allows for greater detail in the vertical elements and allows you to choose the density during the output phase to have the optimal ratio between detail and density.
